An independent desk on a market still forming.
Agent Insured follows the market for insuring AI agents in Europe: who writes cover, what it responds to, and what underwriters ask to see first. It carries no risk, and it does not arrange, sell or recommend insurance.
A sober reading of a new market.
The desk exists because European operators of AI agents now sit under two overlapping liability regimes, the AI Act and the revised Product Liability Directive, while the insurance market that would carry that risk is still forming. The editorial line is sober and specific, and it is written for the people who carry the risk: risk leads, brokers and carriers.
The desk reads the market through what the Artificial Intelligence Underwriting Company (AIUC), Munich Re, Armilla and the specialist syndicates at Lloyd's of London publish themselves. Every framework and every issue of the Agentic Liability Monitor is traceable to a public source, and every carrier fact is read at the carrier's own domain. Where that was not possible, the fact was removed, and the corrections log says so.
Published by Future Proof Intelligence.
Future Proof Intelligence publishes Agent Insured and its sister sites, and publishes Agent Certified, the standard for AI agents in production. It has a commercial interest in the development of this market. That interest is disclosed in the editorial standards, and it does not decide what is covered here or how.
No carrier, broker or reinsurer pays for inclusion, ranking or framing on this site, and the desk takes no commission from any of them.
Six sites, one standard of evidence.
Each sister site has a single remit. Together they cover the law that creates the exposure, the evidence that makes it insurable, and the market that writes it.
